R.I.P. Sherman Hemsley

Actor Sherman Hemsley has passed away at the age of 74. He died at his home in El Paso, Texas. Hemsley was well-known for his character George Jefferson in the 70's sitcom, The Jeffersons which lasted for over a decade. According to police, Hemsley was discovered by his nurse.
