Happy Tuesday! Today's look of the day goes to... Julianne Hough!!!!  Julianne looked ABSOLUTELY stunning in a one-shoulder, chartreuse-colored KaufmanFranco grown at the Rock of Ages première. She hit every mark from her  make-up to her messy bun.  I know I gave a 180 degrees, but she looked awesome! Do you agree?
