As a result of his arrest, Chad Johnson‘s Miami Dolphins career has been put on hold…

This decision wasn’t made as a result of his arrest. As a matter of fact, Dolphins coach Joe Philbin cautioned Johnson to “temper” some of his inappropriate comments during interviews.

A twitter announcement was made stating:

“The Miami Dolphins have terminated the contract of  WR  Chad Johnson.”
