Ok, so here’s what the countdown is all about…
Beyonce’ is teaming up with United Nations for World Humanitarian Day, which occurs on August 19. She will be filming the video to her song “I Was Here” at the U.N. General Assembly Hall in New York in front of a live audience. Beyonce’ and songwriter Diane Warren will donate the video to the campaign.
“World Humanitarian Day is an opportunity for all of us to work together to make a difference. This is our time to leave our mark on the world and show that we were here and we care.” – Beyonce’
