How do you feel about Justin Combs, {son of almost billionaire P.Diddy} getting a full scholarship to UCLA?
Well the taxpayers of California are outraged about UCLA’s decision to grant Justin with a $54,000 FULL athletic scholarship! According to UCLA, merit-based athletic scholarships are autonomous from the university’s need-based financial aid program and excludes taxpayer money.
School spokesperson Ricardo Vazquez stated:
“There’s a misconception out there that somehow athletic scholarships would take away money from low-income students who need need-based aid. That’s not the case. Athletic scholarships are awarded strictly on the basis of athletic and academic ability.”

He earned it so he deserves it. I think people are worried about the wrong things. At least he is smart, talented and doing something positive with his life. I’m sure Diddy will put some money back into the school over the next 4 years.
Yeah… He earned it. He can’t help his father is rich. And if the money isn’t coming from taxpayer dollars, then why not. Maybe he should just pay for mine…
