Autumn-matically Pleased!

It’s almost my favorite time of the year–Autumn or fall, as some might say! I can’t get enough of the crisp, cool mornings… Evenings are nice and breezy with zero humidity. Autumn has a very distinctive way of letting us know that it has arrived. The leaves transform into rich, beautiful shades of red, bright orange and gold!

When I think of Autumn, I think of a season of indulgence! Think about it… Pumpkin Spice latte signs appear from all angles… Retail stores tease your nose-buds with scents of “I need that, that, AND that!…” How many times have you witness adults, children, and even pets playing in the leaves?… Do you recall riding through neighborhoods, seeing families carving pumpkins? People naturally seem to be closer… Maybe they’re just taking advantage of body heat??? Who knows?

The weather is so perfect, it calls for my favorite formula:

Skinnies+Tee-shirt+Boots x Scarf and Accessories = Simple Chic!

And what’s a cool day without a warm drink??? A totally waste, right! Typically, you’ll catch me snuggled up to a Starbucks‘ Caramel Apple Spice. I love this drink so much I make it myself! It’s the best of both worlds. It’s both sweet and tart, made with 100% pressed apple juice, infused with cinnamon syrup, topped with smooth whipped cream, and buttery caramel sauce! Don’t think that just because I didn’t mention coffee beans, you won’t get a jolt of energy… That is NOT the case!

Another seasonal treat that only autumn can bring are ‘grannies’ dipped in caramel and rolled in peanuts, or what I like to call a “sort-of healthy,” sweet snack! :9

Last, but certainly not least– I’m autumn-matically pleased with this season because… my birthday is a little over two weeks away! YAY!!!

There is one lingering question I have during this season…

“What is the difference between fall and autumn?”

  1. I love autumn…or fall…whatever! Not too sure how I feel about moving back to San Fran and getting autumn all year round though *shrug…long sigh* I think fall is an older name for the season, but they mean the exact same thing.
